Space Being
Prace na wystawie tworzą relacje między sobą. Znaczenie nadaje im kultura i ideologia, niezależnie od ich wewnętrznej natury. Z czasem to nadane znaczenie się zmieni na jakąś treść albo nawet strukturę rzeczywistości. Zmiana tej przestrzeni ideowej jest związana z subiektywną naturalną kondycją pracy. Każdy z nas stara się stać “sobą”, będąc pod ciągłym wpływem ideologii i różnego typu kulturowych przeszkód.
Wystawa “Space Being” łączy w sobie kilka serii, nad którymi ostatnio pracowała Bao Ting. To co jest dla nich wspólne to fotografowanie rzeczy w ich obiektywnej, uwolnionej znaczeniowo formie. Wszystkie prace opisują relacje między przenikającymi się w napięciu dwoma przestrzeniami – ideologicznej i przestrzeni otwartej formy.
“Noc Przestrzeni” (org. The Nigft of The space”) łączy w sobie takie elementy jak góry, drzewa i księżyc, które zostały zapisane przeze mnie w czasie. Miasto, siedlisko między zamkniętą formą a ogromem – gdzie umieścić nas? Kontrast między przestrzenią ideologii a rzeczywistością obiektywną, walka między wewnętrznym spełnieniem, a stanem zewnętrznego społeczeństwa, musimy wyczerpani oddychać pomiędzy tymi dwoma ekstremami. Staram się więc znaleźć podobieństwa postaci samej rzeczy, aby wydobyć samą wizualną naturę rzeczy.
“Góra i Las” (org. Mountain and Forest). Światło, powietrze, mgła. W tej serii, mój temat to “góra i las”, niefiguratywne drzewa, kwiaty, teren. Są płynne, świeże i tajemnicze. Mają ziemistą wilgotność, świerze powietrze, kłębiastą mgłę. To jest miejsce żeby łapać tajemnicę. Używam Polaroida bo działa połowicznie. Pozwalam mu prowadzić do światła, aby opisać to doświadczenie lasu, połączone z polaroidową przypadkowością i płynnością kolorów.
“Kraina Pamięci” (org. Memory Land). Tu najważniejsze jest wspomnienie. Wewnątrz każdego podmiotu posiadającego pamięć, współistnienieje rzeczywistość i fikcja, nakładanie się czasu i przestrzeni, scenariusz lub po prostu ślad myślenia. Uwikłanie między jedną pomyłkę a drugą, wzajemnego oddziaływania jednej osi czasu z drugą, i wzór swobodnie opadających pyłków kurzu. Wszystko to staje się reprezentacją naszej pamięci. Łącze pamieć i wyobraźnię, kilka symboli. Jest to część przestrzeni, kawałek ziemi, kraina, która na prawdę istnieje. To co sprawia, że praca ta jest szczególna, to to że układ bialych punktow/kropek na fotografiach został stworzony przez ułożenie pyłków kurzu na filmach, które po zeskanowaniu, tworzą przestrzenną głębię.
Bao Ting/Janek Zamoyski
Bao Ting (ur. 1991) Pochodzi z Wuxi w Chinach. Jest absolwentką wydziału Projektowania Komunikacji Wizualnej Uniwersytetu Nanjing oraz Fotografii na Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera . Mieszka i pracuje w Mediolanie. więcej

Space Being
The works in the exhibition form a relationships with each other. Regardless of their intrinsic nature, their meaning is given by culture and ideology. By the time this given meaning will transform into a substance or even a structure of reality. The transformation of the ideological space is connected to the natural form of the work. Each of us is trying to become “themselves”, while under the constant influence of ideologies and various cultural obstacles.
The exhibition “Space Being” combines several series, that Bao recently worked on. What is common to them is photographing things in their objective, semantically liberated form. All works describe the relations between two spaces, interpenetrating in tension – the ideological and the space of an open form.
“The night of the space” combines the element of the mountain, the tree, and the moon that been described by me at times. Place in the city, habitat between building and huge, where to place us? Contrasted between the space of ideology and the reality, the struggle between the inner thirsty and the state of the outer society, we need to exhaust the breath between these two extremely crevice. So I try to use similarity of the form of the thing itself to pick up the visual symbol that I want.
“Mountain and Forest” Light, air, fog. In this series, my topic is “mountain and forest”, the mountains bring me not figurative trees, flowers or a mountain. I think it is flowing, fresh and mysterious. It has a damp earthy, fresh air, fuzzy fog. And that is the place to catch the mystery. I use a Polaroid machine, it is half-working. I let it carry into the light, to describe this forest experience, combine with Polaroid randomness and color variability.
“Memory Land” In this proposal, the most essential concept is reminiscence. Inside each entity with memory, there are coexistence of reality and fiction, overlap of time and space, a single scenario, or simply a trace of thinking.
The entanglement between one mistake with another, the interference of one timeline with another, or the free-fall dusts pattern, all become representations of our memory.It contains memory and imagination, while I’m connecting some symbols together. This is a part of space, a piece of land. It exists. What makes this work special is that the dots arrangement was created by depositing dusts on the films. After scanning, it forms spatial depth.
